Massive gap in execution capability
Every engagement begins with a paid diagnostic. We connect the warehouse floor, leadership cadence, system architecture, data layer, and automation in one engagement.
A bounded, paid assessment that maps your operation, quantifies leakage, and delivers a sequenced 90-day plan.
Learn MoreA full cross-functional rebuild for companies where fulfillment, inventory, systems, and management have grown out of alignment.
Learn MoreWe go inside the warehouse and rebuild what is slowing you down, from receiving to shipping.
Learn MoreWe connect your data layer and build the executive visibility your team needs to run the operation.
Learn MoreAn ongoing operating-control layer that keeps leadership running on verified data, not gut feel.
Learn MoreOutcome-led AI automation tied to a measured use case, not a generic chatbot install.
Learn MoreWhat we do not do
We reject commodity creative work, low-budget websites, hourly development, generic chatbot installs, paid-media management, generic IT support, and staff augmentation below our minimum contract size.
The Operational Intelligence Diagnostic is a real consulting product, not disguised presales. It gives you decision-grade clarity and a financial prioritization, regardless of who you hire to execute.
Core Promise
“Within 30 days, leadership will know where margin, cash, service, and management attention are leaking and what to address first.”
20
Business Days
6–10
Stakeholder Interviews
1–2
Onsite Days
We confirm economic pain, executive sponsor, data access, internal project owner, and budget before issuing a proposal. We only take on engagements we can win.
You upload standardized datasets (12 months of orders, SKU master, inventory snapshots, carrier invoices, support tickets) and complete a structured operating questionnaire.
We follow the order-to-cash and procure-to-stock flows, including 6–10 executive and operational interviews plus 1–2 days of warehouse/process observation.
Every issue is connected to service, margin, cash, risk, or executive capacity. We quantify the exact operational drag on your business.
DF ranks process, system, data, AI, and management changes by impact, feasibility, dependency, and time to value. You get a sequenced decision, not a list.
We present what to address now, later, and never. Then we offer a bounded implementation path. You can execute it internally, with us, or with another provider.
DF Intelligence Group was built by Ryan Foster and Luis Despiau to do what most consultants cannot: connect the warehouse floor, leadership cadence, system architecture, data layer, and automation in one engagement.
Competitors commonly cover only operations, only software, or only advisory. We bridge the gap with senior-led transformation at a price designed for founder-led businesses, not Fortune 500 procurement.

Co-Founders, DF Intelligence Group
We link process, technology, data, and management behavior rather than optimizing one silo. The solution holds across departments.
We ship workflows, configurations, integrations, dashboards, and adoption mechanisms. Not recommendations. You get a changed operation, not a slide deck.
Every project begins with a baseline and an agreed value model. Benefits are tracked after launch, not claimed in a proposal.
Ideal Client Profile
Below $5M, many companies have real pain but insufficient data or budget. Above $100M, procurement complexity and integration requirements extend the cycle significantly. The $10M–$50M band is the sweet spot.
Initial vertical: Consumer health, wellness, supplements, beauty, and personal care brands. The founders have domain credibility, these products have healthy gross margins, repeat purchase, subscriptions, and meaningful fulfillment complexity.
We do not publish standard rates because every engagement is sized to your specific operation, systems, and goals. Reach out and we will walk you through what an engagement looks like.
Diagnostic
The entry point. A bounded, paid assessment that quantifies leakage and builds the roadmap.
Implementation
Core rebuilds: Intelligent Operations, WMS and Fulfillment, or Inventory and Command Center.
Managed Intelligence
An ongoing operating-control layer. Six-month minimum.
Value-Based Pricing
Priced at 10 to 25% of first-year expected value. Financial baseline agreed before work begins.
No Blanket Discounts
Concessions only for annual prepayment, reduced scope, case-study rights, or multi-project commitment.
Scoped Before We Start
No work begins without a signed statement of work and deposit. Scope is defined by named workflows, systems, sites, and deliverables.
We do not begin by selling software or AI. We begin by tracing where orders, inventory, labor, data, and decisions create drag. The diagnostic gives you a quantified operating map and a 90-day action plan.
Qualification criteria
Payment terms: 60% at signature, 40% before executive readout. Work begins after deposit and data-readiness check. Up to 25% of the diagnostic fee may be credited to an implementation signed within 30 days.
