Inventory and Command Center
We build an executive command center that connects ecommerce, WMS, ERP, and finance data with accurate inventory controls, reorder logic, and a weekly operating rhythm your leadership team will use. Every replenishment decision, allocation, and exception is driven by a system, not a gut call.
Designed For
Operators managing 500 or more SKUs across multiple channels who are making inventory decisions from spreadsheets, gut feel, or conflicting system outputs.
Inventory decisions made without a unified data layer lead to stockouts, overbuying, margin erosion, and a leadership team that cannot agree on the numbers. Every system has a different answer. Teams run the business off a master spreadsheet that is out of date before it is finished.
A single source of truth for inventory, demand, and operational performance. Leadership operates from one dashboard with verified data, clear KPIs, and a weekly rhythm that catches exceptions before they become crises.
Stockouts and excess inventory coexist in the same SKU catalog
Your team runs the business from a master spreadsheet
Every system shows a different on-hand count
Reorder decisions are made late or by feel
You cannot tell which SKUs are making or losing money
A new sales channel or product line has made inventory unmanageable
Data Audit and Reconciliation
We audit every system that touches inventory data: ecommerce platform, WMS, ERP, and finance. We reconcile discrepancies and establish a single source of truth before building anything on top of it.
SKU Segmentation
We apply ABC-XYZ analysis to your full SKU catalog. Velocity, margin, and variability are mapped so every SKU gets the right replenishment logic and cycle-count frequency.
Reorder Logic Design
Lead times, safety stock levels, reorder points, and min/max rules are built for each SKU tier. The logic is documented, system-configured, and tested before handoff.
Command Center Build
We build the executive dashboard that connects all data sources into a single weekly view: inventory position, service levels, reorder alerts, and financial performance by SKU.
Weekly Rhythm Installation
We run the weekly inventory review with your team for at least four weeks. The format, narrative, and escalation paths are codified so the cadence continues after we leave.
Everything included at close.
Every item below is produced and handed off before the engagement ends. There are no add-on fees for documentation, session recordings, or follow-up materials.
- ABC-XYZ SKU segmentation and cycle-count design
- Lead-time and reorder logic per SKU tier
- Unified inventory data layer and reconciliation
- Executive command center dashboard
- Reorder alert and exception system
- Weekly inventory review format and documentation
We do not have an ERP. Can you still build this?
Yes. We have built command centers on ecommerce platform data, WMS exports, and spreadsheets. The architecture is adapted to your actual data sources, not an ideal-state stack.
Will this replace our WMS or ecommerce platform?
No. The command center connects your existing systems into a unified view. We do not replace platforms. We make them interoperate and produce a single number everyone trusts.
How do you handle seasonal businesses with highly variable demand?
Seasonality is factored into the segmentation model and reorder logic. We build separate parameter sets for peak and off-peak periods and install a pre-season review cadence.
What happens if our data quality is poor?
Data quality work is typically weeks one and two of the engagement. We will not build a command center on top of dirty data. Cleaning it is part of the scope, not an extra.
Who on our team needs to be involved?
You need an inventory or operations owner who can spend two to four hours per week during the engagement. The weekly rhythm after handoff typically takes one hour per week.
Can this connect to our purchasing workflow?
Yes. Reorder signals can be connected directly to your purchasing process. The level of automation depends on your supplier lead times and purchasing authority structure.
