Do we need to have worked with DF before?
No. We can onboard any operation onto the managed intelligence service. We run a compressed diagnostic during onboarding to establish the baseline and get familiar with your stack.
How much time does our team need to invest each week?
After onboarding, roughly one hour per week: a brief review of the KPI pack and exception flags. The monthly session runs 90 minutes.
What is included in the optimization hours?
Process documentation updates, WMS configuration changes, dashboard adjustments, data reconciliation, and similar operational work. Large implementation work is scoped separately.
Can we cancel after six months?
After the six-month minimum, the retainer renews monthly with 30 days notice to cancel. We do not allow pauses within the minimum term.
What data access do you need?
Read access to your WMS, ecommerce platform, and ERP or equivalent. We do not need admin or write access to run the reporting layer.
How is this different from hiring an operations manager?
An operations manager is embedded in day-to-day execution. We provide oversight, measurement, and strategic prioritization at the level of a fractional COO, without the cost of a full-time hire.
